Overview:
Board Governance Training applies to all businesses with an outside stakeholder team who guide and shape high level decisions for your organization. Together, we’ll develop a strategic plan, policies, procedures and guidelines on what is needed for things like staff expectations, policies, procedures, tools, empowerment, and more. We’ll draw up the strategy, develop a plan to communicate the strategy to the team, set guidelines and develop policy manuals and hold you accountable to following it.

Over the last few years our group of companies have been working closely with the LLT Team in particular Casey Langbroek and Matt Stam. We have been guided through a complete compnay reorganization. We have had a long and enjoyable relationship with Casey and David Langbroek and staff at LLT and Catapult Business Coaching Inc. over many years. They loved to come fishing at Trailhead Resort and we needed expert accounting advice for our growing small business.
