Over the last few years our group of companies have been working closely with the LLT Team in particular Casey Langbroek and Matt Stam. We have been guided through a complete compnay reorganization.
Overall it has been a great learning experience and a pleasure. (Assuming you can get pleasure out of this type of stuff). As a part of this package, Casey has been coaching both my son Sean and myself on many different business aspects. Near the top of this list is the orderly, gradual transition of responsibilities and ownership from the 3rd generation to the 4th generation.
This has been particularly valuable as so many family transitions do not work. In our case we have a clear plan and are well down the path to completion. The coaching part of this formula has been invaluable. Through his coaching, Casey has become a mentor for Sean. Their coaching sessions have topics ranging from HR, customer relationships, staff relationships, job descriptions, organizational charts, payroll analysis and more. The sessions keep Sean accountable and on track.

The Chilliwack Hospital Foundation has used Casey Langbroek to facilitate our strategic planning since our inception in 2008. Casey has alwaus provided very professional guidance for every one of our sessions and has produced an exceptional document to guide us through the next phase of our development. Presently we are going through a transfromation from a more senior group to a younger vibrant group and Casey is guiding us through that process which has a lot of moving parts. The transition is going extremely smooth and we expect completion in the next year thanks to Casey.

We have had a long and enjoyable relationship with Casey and David Langbroek and staff at LLT and Catapult Business Coaching Inc. over many years. They loved to come fishing at Trailhead Resort and we needed expert accounting advice for our growing small business.
